Reading Spaces: Traditional Window Seats

My Reading Spaces series is back by popular demand! Even though I haven’t been writing this series, I’ve been saving a bunch of inspiration for Reading Spaces posts so don’t you worry, I’ve got even more dreamy book nooks on deck!

This week I’m keeping it classic and focusing on the traditional window seat – the reading space bookworm dreams are made of. Enjoy!

Reading Spaces: Reading Perch

I always look forward to the holidays. Not merely because they’re fun, sparkly, and overflowing with tasty eats and drinks, but because everything slows down just a little bit and I can manage to squeeze in just a little bit more reading time. I’ve been reading very slowly this month, but with two bookclub books due (that I have yet to even start) I am excited to do some power reading! If only I had one of these cute little reading perches to curl up on!

Reading Spaces: More Cozy Reading Corners

I’m traveling a lot this month which means a good portion of my reading time is going to happen on a plane or in an uncomfortable chair in the airport, trying to ignore other people. On my last flight, the guy sitting in the row behind me insisted on singing -SINGING!- to himself which meant I had to drown him out with my headphones to concentrate on my book. Needless to say, I am dreaming about being back in my own cozy Reading Space where the tea is plentiful, the music can be controlled with the push of a button, and the only annoying thing I have to worry about is my hungry cats!

Reading Spaces: Rustic Roots

As summer winds down many of us are planning one last retreat to nature before school starts and fall arrives. On this week’s Reading Spaces, I’m sharing some rustic reading spots inspired by mountain lodges and log cabin getaways. I hope your Labor Day Weekend gives you time to curl up in your own reading space and get lost in a book!
